An over 40-year veteran with software development & management experience on large scale information technology systems, who had worked for IBM, Renful, Jardine Logica, Sperry, etc. Jefferson has been a technology pioneer & serial entrepreneur. Renful Chinese Computer was one of the very first Chinese computer vendors in greater China region back in 1983. Later, he designed & developed a 112-line computerized fax system in 1988. He then got a Venture Capital fund to upgrade the product. He became an ISP in 1995, developed a Bilingual Search Engine in 1996, and entered the HKSTP in 1997. He got another VC in 1999 to prepare for the GEM board listing. After the Internet bubble burst, he got into HKSTP again with a mobile POS project in 2000. Since then, Jefferson has been focusing on IT Applications for SME & CMMI Software Quality Appraisals.
